When were your shop established?
- May of 2021, but officially launched on June 13, 2021.Does your shop has a physical store?
- No. We solely transact online, but the packages are being shipped on one of the admin's address in Rodriguez, Rizal. The other admin is located at Laguna.How can we reach out to the admins?

- All of our products are from South Korea. Most BTS merch are being purchased thru Weverse Shop, and other merch are from different online K-Store. for comeback albums, we only secure from K-stores that credits artists GAON & Hanteo chartsIs your shop DTI registered?
- Yes.

Placing An Order
How to place an order?
- Order form link is provided on our product posts on Twitter & FB Page. You can also go to mintcookie.carrd.co/ and click on the ORDER FORM button. Fill out the order form with your order details and the information needed (please provide the correct shipping address so there won’t be any issues upon shipping).After placing an order, what to do next?
- Once your order form is submitted, an “order confirmation email” will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours. It will contain your order details, order code, and mode of payments. If you did not receive any email confirmation, please check your Spam folder. If not found on the Spam folder, kindly wait until 48 hours then inform us that you did not receive an order confirmation email. (Order confirmation email, will assure you that your order has been submitted successfully and was logged on our order tracker).
PAYMENTS
How to make a payment?
- Mode of payments are provided on the “order confirmation email”. Once you’ve sent your payment, reply to the email confirmation with your proof of payment (a screenshot of your payment transaction).How will I know if my payment was received?
- You will receive a “Payment Confirmation” email once we’ve validated your proof of payment within 24 hours. The email will also indicate the type of payment you’ve made (down payment or full payment), and the deadline of payment (if you only paid partially). You will receive a payment confirmation email every time you submit a payment.What if I was not able to pay within the given DOP?
- For down payments, it usually is 50% of the price of the item (unless otherwise stated on the product post). We will not secure or reserve the item if the DP was not received within 24 hours.
- For full payments, we will hold the delivery of your order until you’ve made payments after 10 days of the given DOP. If payment is still not made, we will put back the item on stock and the down payment will be forfeited (non-refundable).
ORDER MODIFICATION
Can I change my order?
- Yes. You may contact us for any modification of your order, as long as your item has not arrived at our PH address. If you’ve already paid in full, you must exchange your order for a higher price item or with the same price items.Can I cancel my order?
- Cancellation of orders is strictly not encouraged! If you’ve already received an email confirmation and decided to cancel your order, we may be forced to tag you as a “Bogus Buyer”. If you’ve already made a partial payment, that down payment will be forfeited if you cancel your order.
ETA
How long does it take for my order/s to be delivered?
- ETA (estimated time of arrival) is indicated on our product posts.
- NORMAL ETA - 1 - 2 months from the purchase date.
- LONG ETA - 3 - 4 months (this usually applies to Pre-order items). Still depends on release dates of the merch.
- READY TO SHIP - means the items are ON HAND and will take within a week to be delivered.
COURIERS
What couriers do you use for local delivery?
- J&T, GOGO Express, Shopee Checkout (for photocards ONLY), Grab & Lalamove (within Metro Manila only)How much is the LSF (local shipping fee)?
- All rates depend on the size of the item/package. Rates are provided once your order/s is ready to be delivered.
PRICES
Why are your items higher on Shopee?
- On Hand items are posted on our Shopee shop and have higher prices due to Shopee’s additional fees.Why did your price suddenly changed?
- Our products prices are subject to changes depending on the current exchange rates. We pay using $ U.S. dollars on merch from Weverse and Korean Won on other suppliers.
ARTISTS
Do your albums count on HANTEO & GAON Charts?
- Yes, we make sure all comeback albums we order came from suppliers that credits sales towards the artist’s HANTEO & GAON Charts.Why is my favorite artist not in your shop?
- We started only selling BTS & GOT7 items, but we are open to offering merch by other artists by request.
